Yesterday I went to the health clinic and they have diagnosised me with mild Bi-Polar Disorder, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Can anyone explain this stuff to me? I understand Depression because I've had it for a long time, but what about they others?

I have Bi-Polar II Disorder. I have hypo-mania instead of the full blown mania. Here is a good site to self-test:

Here is a good explanation as well:

Most important thing ... once you find the medication that works for you ... and it can take lots of trial and error .... don't stop taking it!!!! (even if you feel great) ;)

Here's a link that includes what you have mentioned in your post:

Don't over-diagnose or get scared by what is on this list....it's not a human being! And each of us is unique in everything. :)

There's a lot of information on the Internet about each of them. Finding a good doctor to work with is key, and write down any questions you have as they occur to you, and bring that list with you to your appointment, okay? They are all things that are not one-size-fits-all, each has its own variations and degrees.
