Shutterfly-problems for anyone else?

Well, after Image Station went out I transferred all my pictures to Shutterfly. So I go today to upload a few pictures...ALL my albums except for the most recent are GONE :eek:

Am I the only one this happened to :confused:

I miss Image Station:(

Just rushed to look and they are still there, phew!

WHEW! You had me worried!
Between yesterday and today I uploaded almost 400 pictures from this past weekend's snow storm. :eek: I just checked and all of mine are still there.

I do hope it's just a temp. glitch and all of your pictures will show back up soon!

So I go today to upload a few pictures...

Maybe not ...

They only show 3 or 4 Album covers when you open your account ...

*LOOK* a bit below those albums - along the left margin ...
for a CLICKABLE instruction "Show ALL my albums" ...

Give THAT a *click* and then WAIT a bit while ALL your albums load up.
If you have LOTS of albums, they will appear on more than one page.

Anna, are the pics you were trying to upload .jpg's? If not, that may be the problem. I stopped using Shutterfly because of it.

Nope Phred, they were/are all gone.

I did contact them and let them know and they said there were quite a few albums that I "might" have accidentally deleted. Well, they were albums from YEARS ago that I purposely deleted and not the ones that had been transferred from Image Station:(
So, I guess if they can't find them I'll be finding another place to store my pictures:o

I'm glad no one else is having that problem.
