I saw this today and thought it might be a good idea to post it here. I think it was on GMA.

Anyone on medications should definitely watch this video. Bottom line is, when you take your medicines, take it with water, do not drink anything else 2 hours before and 2 hours after.

Did you know that taking your anti-depressants with coffee can raise your blood pressure??? Neither did I.

You have to have a account with Comcast.

Yeah, I can't view it either. I do remember my doctor telling me never to take birth control pills with grapefruit juice because it can make them less effective.

I know you're not supposed to take certain antibiotics with milk (dairy products), but never really thought about other liquids before.

Wondered why I couldn't get in. Wish I was able to, I've always taken my meds with coffee, tea, pepsi, anything liquid actually...hmm...going to ask my doc about this.

 Oops. Now ya tell me. Maybe for me that's a good thing. My "normal" BP is between 80-90/75. The docs always ask if I'm alive. But I'm healthy and nobody seems upset over it.I just can't drink plain H20 no matter how hard I try. *Gag*
