Flame has friends!

I have been doing alot of reading on Bettas, since we got flame. And I found out that they could have tank mates!! Talk about an excuse to get more fish! LOL!!! I went with the lemon Tetras, cause they are small, not very colorful, and are not fin nippers. They all are getting along great, and Flame has taken to them quite well. He is spending less time hiding and more time swimming around like a normal fish! Here are some pics!

Looks great! Did you cycle the tank before you got the tetras?

CUTE!!! :D Fame is beautiful! I love bettas. Mine is going on three years old...no idea how that happened since I've always been really bad with fish. :rolleyes:

My betta Illusion had a dwarf pleco as a tankmate. Then my dad decided he needed to have some goldfish friends. :rolleyes: :( Now the tank is no more.
