I REMEMBER US LOOKING IN CAGES UNTIL MY DEAR MOTHER FOUND LESTER WHO WAS ON HIS LAST DAY THERE.HERE HE IS IN THE YARD
WITH THE LITTLE HOUSE MY DEAR MOTHER MADE FOR HIM WHEN IT RAINED SO HE COULD STAY THERE UNTIL THE BACK DOOR WAS OPENED ANND HE COULD RUN IN.
MANY THE TIMES MY DEAR MOTHER WOULD SIT THERE LISTENING TO THE RADIO WATCHING OUT FOR OUR WHITE FRIEND.
AND AFTER HIS PASSING WE WOULD SOMETIMES SEE A WHITE SPIRIT PLAYING IN HIS YARD.
I HAVE NEVER FORGOTTEN YOU LESTER.
NOR GEORGE,SINBAD, FRISKY, FROSTING, CHARLES, MISSY OR BLACKIE OR BOSCOE THE TERRIER.
I PRAY I WILL SEE YOU WITH MY FOLKS.

What a neat thread idea, Gary! I should see if my mom has some old pictures of Tiggus and Crybaby, the two kitties I grew up with. They were sisters, both lived to be just over 18 yrs old. They were oposites of each other lol but I couldn't immagine one with out the other.
