Cassie's Gotcha Day

Today (Feb. 9) is Cassie's 11th Gotcha Day. She came home with me on February 9, 1997 at 18 months old. Thank you again, Harmony House; the adoption fee was the best $50 I ever spent.

She's been on a tear lately! I'm not sure what has gotten into her. She was ready to play at 10:30 last night when I was about to call it a day and crawl into bed. The birds started chirping outside my bedroom window at 3:50 AM today -- it's still dark at that hour or as Phred calls it, oh dark thirty ... and she was on the ledge, clicking her teeth at the birds. Then she ran some kitty sprints and then she decided to wake up meowmom for breakfast. Stinker.
