Oh Marius...I thought you had forsaken me! Many were the other PT kitties who tried to tempt me but I remained true to my knight in white fur...the symbol of purity of heart and soul! My little heart went pitty-pat (or was that my tummy????) when I saw you still have such thoughts of me...

Gosh, Edwina - Marius goes out of your life for long periods and then he comes back purring sweet nothings. And what do you do? You fall over for belly rubbings and plead to your Secretary "please, read it to me again."
Maybe we can get WolfLady to have Marius write just a tad more often. Absence makes the heart grow fonder??? But silence?:) :)

Almost EVERY country has that, and a lot even more "free" than the USA. Besides, this is an online forum, which Karen and Paul PAYS for, so I think they have every right in the world to say what goes and not goes. Would it really be cool with you if someone came here and posted pornographic pictures and said something like "well you can't do anything cause I have freedom of speech"?

Edwina has asked me to write for her. A peace-loving creature who despises hostility of any kind (except when those d____ dogs are around) -- harsh words distress her. A nap is necessary at this moment to help her deal with the stress.
She wants me to tell you that she has friends (and relatives!) from all over the world and neither xenophobic nor chauvinist would be words to describe her! (Way too much work to spell anyway!)
It pains her to think her love affair with the buff and bodacious ball of white fluff -- known as Marius -- would be the cause of any friction!
She asked me to sing (:rolleyes: ) a song from my wedding...."Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me.....as she drifted off to sleep....

Hello Edwina's secretary, that song you are refering to, is it the Tom Paxton version or is there another version I'm unaware of ? Brings back fond memories of my university days....and a cat named China who had many suiters as well , singing soulfully outside the window. Wish they had penned her letter instead.

Now that peace is upon PETTALK and love is in the air the Sweet Princess (aka Edwina) has awoken -- much refreshed and happy.
She dreamt of romping through a field of cat grass with her beloved Marius by her side. The trees were filled with squirrels passing out bite-size bits of turkey with tuna water chasers.
The sun was shining in patches -- each patch had a cozy rug just the right size for two loving kitties.
And there were shoes for the sniffing (since Edwina and Marius share an affinity for footwear!) Leather shoes, tennis shoes, boots and sandals.
Ane there was a basket of cats toys -- but they didn't care -- they had each other's tail to chase ( :eek: :o )
And in the background was Bonnie Raitt singing "Hey shut up!" (Just kidding MOFF...that IS an offensive phrase but a good song!)
