Cinder & Smoke

I recieved notice from the Dog Park that there is now a change in effect.
Dog Park Membership passes & fees will no longer be required.
The change went into effect Jan. 1,2008. :)
I was just wondering if this is just for out of state people or for Ohio too?
This new NO Fees & NO Memberships & NO Applications policy has been adopted
for ALL Users of the Hancock County Dog Park at Findlay, Ohio.
ALL Users includes In and OUT of County Dogs (and Owners) - and In and OUT of State users ~
In short - NObody has to pay anything nor fill out any forms prior to using the Dog Park.
AND - the Lock on the entry gate has been removed.
BUTT ~ Please note that all the RULES remain in effect:
* ALL Dogs are still required to have Annual Shots
* ALL Dogs are still required to be current on Rabies Vaccination
* ALL Dogs are still required to be Licensed in their home State or County or City.
** In the event of an "incident" (a bite) - YOU WILL be required to PROVE that the
above requirements have been met for the dog in question ...
I'd suggest you make a Copy of Shot, Rabies, and License receipts and then
CARRY those copies with you in the car when you visit the Dog Park.
See y'all on Memorial Day Sunday - Announcement coming soon.
