AS 1700 CATS BECAME ANGELS LAT YEAR IN OUR CITY AS NOONE CARED ABOUT THEM.

I HAVE SENT IN A CONTRIBUTION, BUT THEY WONT ALLOW ME TO ADOPT AS I AM WAY OVER THE 3 PET LIMIT.
