I used to teach exercise classes to morbidly obese women and I can tell you that it was the most satisfying experience I've ever had. To see those women not only lose the weight and inches but get some self confidence and change from the inside out was so gratifying. I'm happy for David and all those who take charge of their lives and change for the better. :)
