I bought that costume after Christmas on clearance for $1 last year. I didn't even open it until this year, the hat and beard cracks me up. Poor Keva, she's the only one who can fit in it.
The dogs with Santa...it was a fundraiser at my work.

Oh my goodness, the first picture is absolutely perfect! I also really like the one where they all have their little heads together too, sooo cute. And the Sydney is a box one is adorable, poor Syd looks so unhappy in there. And I am lol at Keva. I bet she destroyed that outfit as soon as you took it off of her. :D
