This is so sad. Such a troubled kid and right at Christmas time. Von Maur has just a few stores in the Chicago area - I think they just opened their third, but the one closest to me is really nice and fills a big hole left when Macy's took over Marshall Field's.

OMAHA, Nebraska -- Omaha police say 19-year old Robert Hawkins perched himself on a shopping mall balcony Wednesday and took deadly aim killing eight people, wounding five others, then killing himself.
Omaha's police chief says it lasted "a very few minutes."
Hawkins was found dead on the third floor of the Westroads Mall. Witnesses say he was perched on a balcony, picking off victims on the mall's second and third levels.
