At work last night, I noticed a new Dr. Elsey's litter. Labeled as Senior Cat, its supposed to help with urinary infections. I immediately snatched up two bags. to try. Its rather expensive ($13 a bag!) and one bag did my large litterbox. I just cleaned out one box and put the new litter in... it feels real nice and immediately Flutter christened it (isn't she super?)
I think it'll track more than conventional litter, but being that its clear, It won't be a bother.... out of sight, out of mind :p
I'll let you know if it does what its supposed to do (in other words, if it helps keep Pouncer from developing more infections) If it does, its more than worth the $13 price tag. I spent $200 at the vet last week. In my book, an extra $80 every few months month for litter is better than the extra $200 or so I spend on vet care.
