My 2 dogs cannot eat without barking at each other the whole time.

They haven't always been like this however. They used to eat in the kitchen together then we had to move them to seperate roooms and that worked and now they bark even in seperate rooms.

The Rottie is 4 and the Jack 2. The Jack is super pushy but the Rottie barks just as much.

They also do this when I give them any kind of treat balls or peanut butter bones. Anything that one might decide to chew on for a little longer than the other starts them going.

This is absolutely infuriating!

Does anyone have any idea what is going on with them and how we can stop it?

Is this happening while they are both eating at the same time? Are you saying that when one finishes first he barks at the one that is still eating? I'd suggest to give him a stern "NO" and when he stops barking give him a treat, something he can chew on until the other finishes.

No, they bark while they are eating. In between bites. It's silly because neither is approaching the others food.
