This is a picture that Janelle from our Community did as a tribute to Perry and Daisy, it took a long time for her to get the details just right, she is a perfectionist and wanted it perfect and I think she did. She is an artist and does this kind of work for people interested and also breeds Schnauzers.

Oh my Jackie, that is just gorgeous! Is it a painting? The dogs look painted, the the background almost looks like a photo! How big is it? How nice of her to do that for you, she did a great job!

Hi Amy, I'm not sure how this is done, I don't know if she drew it or painted it or computer generated. That is a small picture of it, the original is coming on a CD and it will be 11 by14. I noticed there are strokes on that are not on the original photos so I don't know if she touched them up or not. She is artistic just like you, how are you doing with your drawings? You do wonderful work too, just make sure you keep it up.
Jackie
This is taken from two separate pictures that she blended together.

I've to see the larger version when you get your cd. Are you going to print it out? Can you buy 11x14 paper to work with your printer? She might have been able to make the photos look like a painting. You can do that with adobe photoshop, it's an amazing program. Whatever she did, it looks great!

I just finished one pet portrait that was for a charity (don't remember what one, I've lost track of them all lol). It's of a Briard, I think his name is Murphy. Haven't scanned it yet. I have a couple of other portraits on the way (hopefully). I hadn't got any for a while, so I'm getting really poor! lol.

Amy I won't be able to print it out, I will have to take it to get it done. My printer won't take anything that big. I have it in my album, but it won't get any bigger than that at Shutterfly, but I'm lucky, at least Shutterfly will let you post the photos.
I think you do wonderful work, are you getting any commissions from your website? I hope so.
