Can't even explain what I have experienced last night in Kansas City!

Back to REALITY. Boo!!

I will post pictures & my review later when I have time! =)

I will say one thing, I thought I was going to fall over when he started singing "Much too Young to feel this Damn Old!"

Garth Brooks is on my "good" list, forever. He did a really generous thing last week for my family and I don't know how to even begin to thank him.

Glad you had such a good time. :)

Logan, what did Garth do? Mind telling us? =) He is my idol, basically..

Here you go:

I finally can say it. I have now seen GARTH in concert & and NOW I understand why people say... he makes you feel like you're up at the front row, no matter where your seats are.. The sound quality was freaking AMAZING. It was a dream that came true, and I always told everyone I knew I was going to see him... AND I MADE IT HAPPEN! =)

He sang: The Fever, Beaches of Cheyenne, Rodeo, Calling Baton Rouge, Two of the Kind, To Make You Feel My Love, If Tomorrow Never Comes, The Dance, Unanswered Prayers, Ain't Going Down til' the Sun Comes Up, Papa Loved Mama, Thunder Rolls, The River, Friends in Low Places, Much too Young to Feel this Damn Old, Two Pina Coladas, More than a Memory, That Summer, Good Ride Cowboy, We Shall Be Free, American Pie, and a couple of old rock tunes... one was a U2 song and a Bob Seger one..

He kept coming back after the encore, about 3 times! It was AMAZING.

I know you guys want me to tell you more about it, but I just don't know what else to say.. I am at loss for words when it comes to Garth. :)

Also..

After "The Dance," which prompted its own big sing-along. Before that, Brooks advised the crowd that these Sprint Center shows were it; he was still committed to raising his daughters before heading out again on a big tour. "If you wait for us," he said, "we'll be back!"

I'm leaving in 1.5 hours from work to head to Kansas City, from Wichita to go see Mr. Brooks tonight... My ex-boss gave my friends and I tickets, we're pretty excited!

Only downside is we have a 3 hour drive this afternoon and this evening, but hopefully it will be worth it.

Sorry for being so secretive about the whole thing with Garth Brooks, but just know that he went the extra mile to help a family member at a time when it was needed so much. He's a good, generous man. :)
