An Abyssinian cat named Cinnamon has had her genes sequenced, first time in the cat. http://www.cnn.com/2007/TECH/science/10/31/cat.dna.ap/index.htmlI wonder if they have some monkey genes?

The article in today's Providence Journal is longer, but basically the same. Says this is the second cat, the first Aby. Really interesting stuff going on with the genome project!
