For the first time in a couple years I won't be LAID OFF! It's a good feeling knowing that I can actually keep a little ahead of my bills. There's inside work to do, snow shoveling, maybe cutting down a few trees. I think I've convinced the boss that he can use my valuable services!

Congrats! Being a "summer employee" most of my working carrer (and "enjoying" this years round of being laid off moving lol) I understand your pain! Im glad your boss finally figured out just how useful you are! :)

You're right. In Pittsburgh, the leaves are still somewhat on the trees! I could call this job security!
