*Warning!!!* She only has 3 legs and I don't want anyone to get grossed out by it..

My sister found her out at her ex boyfriend's house. There was originally 5 of them. She took 2 to the HS, gave 1 to her sister, 1 is still at the guy's house, and we have 1 now. The one we have seems to have had her foot bit off when she was just a couple of weeks old. It seems to have healed now, but when she rubs it wrong it tends to bleed. The poor girl. Other than that it looks very well, not pretty though lol, but she definitely gets around fine! My sister said she'll pay for her spay, shots, and if she needs surgery on her leg. If anyone is interested let me know! She is a MAJOR cuddle butt and it was very hard to take pics because she was practically on top of me the whole time! I think she's about 7 months old.

My sister has named her Peggy Sue but we might change that.

Oh what a little sweetie! That leg does look like it needs a vet visit, tho; but it doesn't appear to be getting her down one bit.

WILL THEY HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT TAHT BONE STICKING OUT, AS I WOULD ASSUME THAT THAT WOULD SCRAPE QUITE A BIT ON THE FLOOR.

Oh sweet thing! And a calico, too. My favorite. Yes, I can imagine that she'll probably need surgery due to the bone protruding. What a little lovey.

She's so precious! How lucky she is to have found you and your sister. I hope her leg is taken care of easily and that you find her a happy forever home!

Cute kitty.

The leg reminds me of a patient we had last winter. The cat had gotten caught in the fan belt or something under the guys car. It had pulled the skin off the leg and the bone potruded out very similar to what your pix shows. With that patient the dr amputated the bone a bit higher up and pulled some skin as a flap of padding over it. Dr said he didn't like amputation where there wasn't a joint but any shorter and the cat would have lost the entire leg. Cat seemed to have gotten around quite fine using the boney stub before surgery. Poor thing would go 'bump bump' when it walked on the bone though. Cat recovered find and is getting around nicely now.

Here's a pix of it after surgery. It was getting all playful and I was petting it trying to get it to settle down, so it gave me lots of head butts. lol

She sure is a cutie pie and I'm glad that you're able to care for her.:) I think that a vet needs to look at her leg and hopefully it's fine. Good luck.:)

No worries, mom made the vet appointment before we even got her.
