Kenny Chesney and Kelly Koffey are performing tonight at a local county fair. And me without tickets... :(

I'm unsure if pets are allowed at our county fairs but I found out that you can take pets to the local Renaissance Festival!

So what should I dress Kia up as? ;) :D
