I was at my mom's house the other day and noticed that she had an opened bag of Authority Hairball something or other.
I know Authority was in the recall and even though that seems to be over, is anybody feeding their cats this food? I know nothing about it but I'd be kind of leary to feed anybody a food that was part of such a recall, especially since it really hasn't been that long since.
She says that her cats love it and don't seem to be suffering any ill affects I'm just not comfortable trusting it myself.

Thanks

Authority is "PetSmarts" private label brand.
Everything is as safe as can been and I would not hesticate to use Authority brand. We use their wet/can for treats.

It was primarily wet food in the recall; Authority Dry food is safe.

Thanks to both of you!
I didn't know it belong to them...learn something everyday. I guess I just got concerned when one of her girls vomited a little and it looked grainy, for lack of a better word.

Anybody have any experience with the hairball version?

Thats One Food That We Have Never Tried.
I Did Buy The Petcetera Canned As It Was On For 2.99 A Scae For The Little Tins And They Loved Them, Especially The Chicken Caccitore!!!!
And The Sea Food Varities Were Good Too!
