;) I owe all my friends on PT an update on me :) . I've got so many good vibes and wishes for my surgery, this was so heartwarming for me! So, now that this surgery is almost 4 weeks behind me, I feel I am ready to show you all how happy I am now :) :)
On september 5th, I got an neurostimulator, to fight the neuropathic pain in my leg. I am still in the trial period, but I can finally say that almost all the pain is gone when my stimulator is on :) . I can walk, I can sit as long as I like; in other words: I am enjoying life again!!! They will take the trial stimulator away in 2 weeks, but I hope to get my defenite stimulator early december!!

YIPPIE!!! LIFE IS GOOD AGAIN!!

Thank you all for the great support; I wish I could send everybody on PT a hug and a "Flemish kiss" (= 3 kisses : right, left, right cheek ;) :) )

This picture is taken 1 week ago. You can see me playing "Memory" with my nephew's 3 daughters. This would have been impossible for me before I had my surgery!!

Thanks, but the doc warned me that the pain will be worse than before; this is because I am addicted to a "painfree" situation now... :( . But hey I know it will be hard; this time I have something wonderful to look forward to :) :) :) .
No doubt: my 4 professional catnurses will take care of their meowmie!!

Lut I'm so happy they have found a way to end your pain. Even if it has to return for a short while. You look so much happier in those pictures. More comfortable.
