AVATARS and PHOTO...help!

I did an experiment with changing my avatar...I realized I had had my PHOTO there since I joined in 2004! OH well.

So, I have been TRYING to reload a photo AND an avatar....and everything I find is too big!

Is there a way to shrink the pixel size of the photos? I did that in "edit" when I right clicked, and it just shrinks the border of the photo and cuts most of it off!

Any guidelines? Thanks!

Attach the photo and ill shrink it for you.

What programs do you have? It is very easy to change the image size, instead of cropping it.

Karen - I have Adobe Reader...Nero Photo....a scanner that can put an image into OCR and a few other things.

Never have had PhotoShop or anything like that...

Silly thing is, I posted my photo in 2004...so must be having a major memory gap!

I found some cute avatars online, but even the ones that say they are for forums are larger than 60 x 60.

What you do is go under 'edit' on the picture you want and right click on your mouse. Then hit 'select all.' Now you can fix the size by dragging the bottom right corner in more and it makes the photo smaller.
