Oh, poor Puggy. This is so sad. My neighbor at the end of the hall has a Pug that she just adores and dotes on - and most of the rest of us in the building do too. She's funny, stocky and happy, overall just a cute, fun dog. The dog in this photo is so thin! I hope someone will adopt Puggy who can give him lots of luvvins and care.
