A 26 year old drunk man was arrested in St. Paul for ripping the head off a domestic duck in a hotel atrium. :mad: :mad:
News reports said that he chased the duck, one of 7 of a family of ducks that live at a pond in an atrium of a hotel, and was so angry, he killed it. :mad: :mad:
He could face up to two years in prison. :mad:
