There is a purebred Border Collie in Scottsville, Kentucky, who will have puppies any day now.
The pound will not let her come to Canada while pregnant, and we could take her and the pups NOW.
Instead, they are going to spay her, which will kill the babies. And then they are going to kill her.
Tomorrow.
