No! Everytime he came close to getting it, he fell off the chair. Then he'd get back up and try again. :D

Dear Chester,

Aren't tails annoying? They always seem to get away, and they always seem to harass you when you're sitting on an unstable surface. I hope that rocking chair didn't make you too sick!
