I know I posted these pictures here before, but today, I printed them out because I want to take them with me when I go to hospital next week. When I had my back surgery 3 years ago, photos of the girls helped me a through the 10 days we were parted.

Kirsten,

I know those pictures will bring you comfort while you're in the hospital. I missed MooShoo when I was in the hospital. I sleep with him every night with my arms around him.

You will be in my thoughts and prayers honey. Good luck and please, keep in touch.

I've always loved your pics, but I thought they were of the same kitty! I see that the one in the last pic looks to have a poofier tail...who's who?

They say that something like pics helps you recover because they make you want to get home faster...usually, healing is quicker.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Those are beautiful pictures of beautiful cats.

I'm not sick, but I feel great just looking at them. Thanks!

It's easiest to look at the forehead markings. Lily has a very pronounced M, whereas Luna has more parallel stripes. Does that help?

What a good idea to bring the photo's of Luna and Lily, they will remind you what gorgeous girls you come home to - and will make you heal faster. :)

I wish you all the best for a succesful operation. Keep your chin up! ;)

We are saying our prayers and sending our healing energies and good wishes to you, Kirsten.

Won't it be nice to wake up after the surgery and right away see those wonderful pictures! Your girls will be with you in spirit (as we all will be, too).

Love and hugs and purrs,
Pat, Peony, Sydney, Poppy, Elmer, and Priscilla Angel (who will be hovering over you softly beating her wings as Moose Angel purrrs you to sleep)

Thank you for your words of support! I'm sorry that I'm too confused and too scared to write much. And I cannot type one word without tons of typos in it, that says a lot about my mental state right now! LOL

BTW, the first 3 pics show Luna, the last 2 Lily. Karen described their foreheads very well. :)

I will miss them so much! :(

They are both gorgeous, Kirsten !! Last time when I was at the hospital, I had 4 A4 sized pics with me, and I attached them to the closet-door. They gave me the strenght I needed :)

It's a good idea. I always love to receive daily pictures of my kitties when I a not at home. They bring me a smile, even if the pictures are more or less the same from one day to another, it doesn't matter because I feel them closer ;)
