So it's been a day since Zoidy passed and I still miss her, but yesterday my awesome sister (Kalei) bought me a new addition.
Meet... well I don't have a name yet. :o

She's an Electric Blue Crayfish. I don't know the sex yet, but when I looked, it seemed as if it COULD be a girl, but I'm still not sure because he/she is young, but for now, I'll just say she.

These pictures I originally took to show my boyfriend because, I don't know if anyone notices, but she's missing most of her legs, her pinchers, AND her main feelers.
Well, he said that he's pretty sure that she's missing them because they got damaged and she dropped them. He said that since she's young, they'll probably grow back. His father knows even more about lobsters than him, and he agrees that they will. So hopefully they will. :)
She's not as scared as Zoidy was. When I go to look at her in the tank, she'll actually take a few steps towards me and look back at me, which is pretty cute.
In the pictures she doesn't look too blue, but that's because the camera doesn't pick it all up, and because the light for my tank is just a normal light (they say that a fluorescent light is best for them). I'm also wondering if she'll get more blue when she gets older. She's also got some pink marks on her backside, which I find cute. Oh, and she's just a little over an inch long, probably an inch and a half or so.
I'm not sure what to name her, I like mythological names, but also some names associated with blue are nice. I like the name Sapphire, but I don't know if that really suits a crayfish.
Anyway, that's my new addition.
