A visit from the kitty next door

We recently had a handsome fluffy visitor in our yard.
He was giant with big fluffy white paws with thumbs, he had to be a Maine Coon.
He insisted that my daughter pet him.

He was a very friendly, very fluffy boy!

Where was Samantha you may ask?
She was happily sleeping in the bathroom and didn't even know he stopped by.

After meeting such a supersized kitty, Samantha looked quite petite to me. ;)

KK, he was such a lovebug, wanted tons of scritchies and petting.
The neighbor did come over to get him eventually, she's fostering him for our local shelter.
He's only about 1 year old but he's huge! When she picked him up he was a big double armfull of fluff! :)
He came over to greet us again the other day when we came home with groceries.
He came trotting over to us, meowing the whole way. :D

So Samantha never even knew she had a visitor? Cutely napping away under her shower curtain. I am sure she got some skritchies too. :D

What a gorgeous fluffy boy he is, I'm also very impressed with his tail - and so sweet to come over and visit. :) He can propbably feel that you are cat people, but of course, he could also have seen Samantha and fallen in love. :D

Do you think there's a chance that your neighbor can't let him go? ;) He seems such a lovebug.

What a handsome hunk :D Are you sure he's not scoping you out for a possible new "meowmie"? Incidently, that's how Eve chose her home with us :D Just kept dropping in and eventually decided this was her domain and stayed :D

Donnaj4962 certainly has an excellent idea as hes such a Fantstic Big Cat and he already knows you and is obviously wanting to join your household. We think taht if you let this oppurtunity go by that you will regret it for the rest of your lives. You will look at a empty big space in your home and think we could have that Giant Cuddle Bunny there loving us and making us happy.

OMG! He's definitely a Maine Coon! I recognize the floofy tail, the green eyes but the dead giveaway is his heading for the hose - MC's LOVE water! :D

Well, he stopped by for another visit tonight. :)
That makes three times this week.
I really hope that my neighbor becomes a foster failure.
Samantha loves to be the queen of her house, it would stress her out to add another kitty to our family.
We are already planning to have some work done on our house next month and that will be stressful enough for Samantha.
So, sorry to say that I won't be poofing him, just borrowing him from time to time. ;)
Actually I'm afraid my daughter may just try to poof him for me.
Tonight she said he was on our front porch with his big furry paws on the screen door looking in at her.
I can just imagine her sneaking him in her room and trying to have him blend in with all the stuffed animals on her bed. :)
