New chicken pics!!! and new chickens!!!

I built the chickens a new pen today. It's MUCH bigger than their last one. I took some pictures of them in their new pen. Also! I got 2 new pullets the other day! A Rhode Island Red and a Partridge Rock. Their names are Oopsie and Daisy. At first FT was pecking them and chasing them. I seperated FT and the other birds for a few days. They seem to be getting along better, but FT and Jolene are bonded so any time Oopsie or Daisy come close they get pecked.

Awww...very cute. The Pecking is very normal, they are just establishing their pecking order, pun intended. It will diminish quickly enough. Just make sure no one gets pecked enough to draw blood. Once blood is drawn, it can go down hill very quickly.
