Katie celebrating Billy's Gotcha Day reminded me that today is Scout's 4th Gotcha Day. In some ways it doesn't seem possible that it's been four years and in other ways it seems like my Scouty Roo has always been here.

Thats The Most Important Day In A Pets Life The Day That They Become A Pet Companion Instead Of A Lost Stray.
