I would like to lose 10-15 pounds. I have been cutting back on calories and trying to make better food choices. So far, that's been working pretty well, but I also know I need to work out more- not just to lose weight, but for health as well.

However, even when I have the best of intentions it seems like I only manage to work out 2-3 times each week. I do 30 minutes of cardio. I would like to work out at least 4-5 times a week.

Thankfully I am not completely sedentary on the days I don't work out and I at least am somewhat active, and usually do yard or house work, or some walking.

For all of you that work out on a regular basis, how do you motivate yourself? What do you find is the best way to fit daily exercise into your routine?
