Tasha and Raven go hiking (bunch of pics)

I finally got myself to go out to Quarry Park and Nature Preserve today. I hadn't gone this year because there are so many memories involved there, but I needed to get out with Tash a bit since she can't go to the dog park (she might do ok there, but I'm not sure and don't want to risk it). So I took Tash and Raven today. It was very muggy but they had a good time. Here are the pics!

Wow, what a beautiful place to go for a hike! The girls look like they had a lot of fun. They are both beautiful. I love how Raven's tail curls. :)

Those girls had a blast!! What a couple of gorgeous chicks they are too. That scenery is so pretty. It looks like a place I would love to spend time. Peaceful and serene. Great pictures, Jess. Please give those girls some kisses from me and, of course, some for that handsome Tommy Boy too!! :)

Yep, she's a bit taller and a bit longer in body than Tash now :)

Ah Girl's Day Out. :) Great pictures! I love the fouth picture, Tasha reminds me of a wildcat in that. And the pictures of Raven swimming made me feel much cooler on this hot day. That swim really does look refreshing. I loved seeing your girls, and I am glad that you all got to go for that special walk today. Time to start making some new memories.

There are a few reasons actually. Partly because depending where I'm at in the park I pick up their leads and leash walk them, and other parts let them loose a bit. There are bike trails that we cross and I like to have them in hand when we go down any of those. Also if I see someone coming with another dog etc I like to be able to call them to me quick and pick up the leashes as you never know if there could be a problem. I just like having the option to get them in hand more quickly if I need to. I generally leash walk them to the more remote trails and then let them free a bit. :)

They look beautiful Jess. It's amazing that after everything Raven went through she seems/acts like nothing happened. I wonder what Nancy would say if Raven was ever read by her? Does she know what happened? Just a thought I had there, sorry to get off track.

Do I even have to say how gorgeous they both are? I LOVE the third pic of Raven swimming. But both of them are equally gorgoeus.
