Every day that I work the early shift, I get home just as everyone's making dinner. That means Cameron will be sitting by the back door watching the world go by.

I finally remembered my camera yesterday and caught my sweetie waiting for his grandma (ok, so he was probably just watching the baby bunny thats talen up residence in our yard, but a grandma can hope can't she? ;))

As I get out of the car:

He notices grandma:

It just puts a HUGE smile on my face to see him get excited to see me. Then he reaches up for me to pick him up... I love this little dude!

Oh, and finally pics of his 'do in full spike

"what did mommy do to me?!"

I was shocked when I heard about the mohawk but its growing on me. What I can't believe is how much hubby HATES it. He pretty much goes with the flow, so its amazing me just how much he despises this 'do. While I agree with him, there's nothing I can do about it without getting into big time trouble with mom (I've been in her doghouse long enough, I am not returning over a haircut!) but hubby.... he plans on shaving it next time he babysits!

First off, I absolutely ADORE the mohawk. :)

Second, just a little TRUE story about my own family that will hopefully change hubby's mind before he messes with a mom's decision about a son's hairdo.......

When my brother was a toddler he had platinum blonde hair with a lot of loose curls. My mom kept it about shoulder length, and yes, it made him look "girl-ish". My older sister (about 19 years old at the time) took it upon herself one day to get his hair cut "like a BOY". The feud that started over this HAIRCUT sent my sister out on her own and the silent treatment between them for over 5 years!  Unbelievable??? But very true. (and sad.......time lost can never be regained)

He is just so gorgeous! Don't worry, Grandpa, it'll grow quick, just like the rest of Cam :) I do kinda like it and I'm not at all a fan of mohawks on children, but it looks pretty good on little Cam :)

Cameron is such a beautiful child. Although I cherish Quinn in her tiny little stage, I really look forward to her running to greet Daddy when he gets home from work.
