I found out today that I have a really good chance at getting a full time job with the Transportation Department! I've been working seasonally for them for six summers and I really do want a full time career. The benifits are good and the pay isn't all that bad either with promotion opportunities abound!

My boss said it would be a good idea to go and get my CDL learners permit, which I found out all I need to do is take a written test and pay the fee! I can do that this week, as I have some extra time off due to the holiday. I'll have my permit before the interviews begin, which is a big bonus.

I am so happy! Wish me luck on the interviews and the tests
