Hello! Yes, it's great to finally be a part of pet talk and to finally have my own dog to talk about. I've gotten pic's developed of my Great Dane puppy and they are in the mail as of today to my mom so that she can scan them in and get them emailed to me so I can post those. So, it's in the process and will hopefully be up and available very soon.
They puppy is doing very good and appears to be settling in just fine. :)

Just wanted to let everyone know, Christy has not disappeared. For some reasn she is having trouble posting from AOL, but I know she has still been on the site lurking and reading.

That doesn't surprise me. I found out last year that AOL decides what parts of websites you are allowed to see and not see and what you can and can't do on them also. Good luck Christy!! Change ISPs!! lol

Well, I'm back onto pet talk posting like I've been trying to for the last couple of days. My mom has received the mail and is working on scanning all of the pics in tonight so hopefully I'll have them available really soon. Thanks for the warm welcomes! Dakota is white with black spots. She is so adorable! Growing quickly of course as great danes do. Luckily, she's still small enough at this point to make her do what we want her to, a great help while trying to train her. Just hope we get her trained correctly before that ability goes away as she grows into her big size!

Mugsy, what colors are your danes? What are their names too. I want to check out your albums but I'm not sure which pics to look out to find the danes without knowing their names. Thanks.

Jasmine is a 3 year old Mantle merle and Daisy or Daisy Mae is a 1.5 year old Mantle. We almost had a male black named Eeyore, but someone adopted him before we got there. Hope that helps...let me know what you think.

Not sure yet, but I'm pretty sure my husband wants him. I have to see how things go. I sure would love to, I've gotten attached in the last two weeks, especially since it's just been her and I the majority of the time.
