spay / neuter postal stamps

I found this in Cat Fancy magazine.. they are postal stamps that remind people to spay and neuter their pets... I thought they were cool and wanted to share with them with everybody!

Thanks for the information! I will definitely be grabbing up a bunch myself. I think it will make bill paying much more fun (not that it is ever fun :D ).
