Peach is still gone - 4 weeks today. I'm still looking for him though, but the other nite thought maybe I should give up. I put an ad in last week's paper (I live in a small town & our paper only comes out once a week) offering a reward, but never heard anything. I did have someone tell me a few days ago, that her cat was gone 4 months. I've heard a few encouraging stories like that. He's such a pretty cat, that I can't help but wonder if someone didn't take him in.

Cats can be gone for a long time,
I would still keep an worn article of your clothing on the porch. They smell their way home.

We had a cat that went missing for 48 days, before he came back home.
