Adoptive or foster homes desperately wanted!!!!

The PSPCA in Centre Hall is currently *overfull,* and we are desperately in need of foster or adoptive homes for dogs, cats, kittens and puppies.

The PSPCA is now under new management, and is working to expand their hours to be more friendly to the working public.

I Wish I Could But Have My Hands Full With The Phanthom Cat Roccalno Now.

They all look so sweet. I wish I could get one, but my mom is busy with my new baby sister and my grandma won't want another pet. I hope somebody can adopt them.

Yeah I wish I could adopt one as well but I'm already past my limit.
