Axle will be 8yrs old at the end of July!!! I remember when he was the size of a Canadian Toony (just a bit larger then a quarter), its amazing how big hes getting!! The person recording his growth, is amazed that he just wont stop growing!! I keep making his meals further & further apart, to slow his growth, but I cannot go past 2 weeks & he still grows like a monster!!!!! :eek:

I have a pic of him on my bed sleeping cuddled up to my stuffies & pillow.. He was stretched out fast a sleep.. saddly that photo is on my cell :P Its sooo cute :D He has always LOVED sleeping with me & on my bed.

I keep cutting back on his food intake & everything... He willingly will not eat for weeks or a month at a time.. but he still grows!!! Its completely insane! Hes turning into a tank lol

haha Axle reminds me of a certain fish who wouldn't stop growing...cept of course Axle is bigger than the fish. It is so nice to see Axle, he looks so big and cute!

Hehehe... Turtle experts are thinking hes is a rare Giant Common Snapping Turtle & thats why he has health issues when he was a hatchling. his body needs a higher protein & fat content then a regular snapper. They think he'll reach 100lbs with ease!! They normally only get to 50-70lbs.
