Well its been about a month and I've gotten my 55 gallon all together and cleared up since Queen was in it. At first I did a 75% water change and put new water in it. It was cloudy for a little while because the bacteria needed to get settled. Since it wasn't settling, I put some Cycle in the filter (and IRescue I know you think it doesn't help because its dead bacteria) but the reason the dead bacteria clears up the cloudiness is because it is dead and it groups together the live bacteria to balance it rightly in the water and keep good bacteria in the filter as well. And ever since, the water is so completely clear and beautiful, it just needed the boost.

Anyways after waiting til the water was clear, and tested PH and Ammonia and had the heat at the right temp, I went and got my fishies! I've slowly introduced fish with each other and my tank is doing so great! I have fallen in love with it:D So...without further to do here is some pics!

This is a pic of the whole tank:

And please disregard the dates on the pictures, the date was wrong when I got the camera (its new) and after I noticed that it was showing up on the pictures I was mad, now my pictures have incorrect dates on them :o

These are my two favorite fish, I don't know what to name them though.

But as you can tell by the pics, the new camera works great!

This is one of my two catfish sharks, he has taken over the large stump ornament as his home. And man, catfish sharks are great catfish, they never miss a flake that reaches the ground.

This is a tetra fish:

This little tetra I saved from my dad's tank. He was being bullied by the other fish, his color was almost all gone and his tail was eaten til it was almost gone too, so I took him and put him in my tank and now he is all healed and got his color back and is sooo happy!

And here's Ursela, she is still mean, but much kinder than she was before.

And you all remember Little Guy! He is the oddball of my tank cause he's one goldfish in with tropical fish, but let me say he is the happiest goldfish I have ever seen. I couldn't give him away and put him in a pond since he's a fancy goldfish and since he's a small type of goldfish, he is perfect in my tank and gets along with all my fish so well:)

And Bob is still here too of course!

Anyways thats all for now, I hope you enjoyed a look at my new tank:)
And for all of you that loved Queen with me and have been there for me and her through it all, I just wanted to let you know that I seen Queen just a week and a half ago! I went to the pond and I seen her swimming around. I tried to take a picture but the water had just been so stirred up by the rain the night before that you couldn't even tell it was her on the camera. But anyways, I am so happy that she is doing well:)

I thought that goldfish couldent live in a tropical tank because of the temp. Otherwise great tank and fish!

Thanks so much you two! Yep goldfish cna live with tropical fish no problem, when you think about it goldfish live through very hot summers in ponds and the temperature in ponds get even higher than a tropical tank is, and goldfish don't mind the heat. The tank is set at a good temp of between 79 and 80 and my Little Guy is more happy than when he was in the tank with just goldfish because this tank has an ammonia level of 0:)

I love the new setup. Goldfish do very well in trop tanks so long as nobody starts fin nipping. The warm temperatures allow parasites and diseases to show up faster on goldfish, therefore allowing them to be treated faster.

Thanks so much everyone!:D:D I'm so happy that you all like the tropical tank:) I am certainly enjoying it as well. As a person who always had goldfish all her life, I am really liking tropical fish, there are so many different kinds you can get and they are so clean and pretty.

I also have a few live plants in my tank as well, and they are growing very well and help to keep lots of oxygen in the water for the fish:) It's like a large community and its fun to watch them.
