having trouble with avatars

Everytime I go to try and upload an avatar I get this message:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/drive2p1/pet_temp/vbupload6420) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/httpd/vhosts/petoftheday.com/httpdocs:/tmp) in /includes/functions_upload.php on line 74

I have no clue what's wrong. It's not the file size or the pixel size because it's the exact limits, so I am confused.

I also have noticed that attachments don't show up anymore??? :confused:

Is this happening to everyone else?

The attachments are happening to me, but i have no problem with my avitar or up-loading pics.

I was having the same problem last night and today trying to change my avater.

Try again - attachments should be working now, avatars, too.
