Here are your answers (wish you had numbered the questions, maybe you can go in through edit and number them)

1. Home run. The other terms are names for players. This is a name for a play.

2. Langston Hughes. The others are all jazz, he is a POET. He didn't actually have a connection to music. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Langston_Hughes

3. Babe Didrikson. The others are all creative; this is an athlete.

4. normalcy. The scientist, the fictional work, the author of fiction, all have a connection. Politics? What's THAT doing in there?

5. Spirit of St. Louis. The other 3 are PEOPLE, this is a plane.

Can I have a piece of you gold star??? :D

Thanks so much!! :D :D

The number 5, I don't think that would work though. Since it wouldn't be that easy... I don't think he thinks were so stupid we need a easy thing like that :p

Byrd? Politician?

Try explorer.

Byrd was also a competitor to Lindberg in the competition to be the first to fly non-stop across the Atlantic.

That being the case, Silent Cal would be left out, as he is a politician, the others are all involved in exploration.
