ISP Interfering with IMs?

Not my problem, but since her internet will absolutely not work, I'm posting this for Monica (dogzr#1)

Does anybody know what could be causing this and how it could be fixed?

I was thinking maybe something like her computer was hacked into? Or a virus? Spyware?

I'm not sure, I'll ask her if she is still having problems when she comes back.

Looks like there are more than one comp on the network with the same IP.

Reboot and it should be fine.

Yes, I restarted my modem and computer and it seems to be working now. Thanks so much guys!
