Changing your avatar

Sorry to ask this, as I'm sure it has been asked before - but how do you have mulitple pics for your avatar (picture below your name)? Like some of you have it flip thru several pics instead of staying as just one static pic. Does this make sense?? I'm not the most computer savvy :)

You have to have several pics at the same size and then make them into an avatar with a special programme, I think it was explained at the general forum little while back. If you want to, I can also make you one.
