I'm 6 weeks old today! PICS

It seems like just yesterday I was being born, but today I am 6 weeks old. My, my, my how time flies. My mommy keeps telling me how big I'm getting, and that I'm actually getting heavy. She used to be able to hold me for hours without switching arms because I was so itty-bitty, but now she has to switch arms, and prop her arm on a pillow when she holds me sitting down. I am working on giving my mommy big muscles in her arms!

Yesterday, daddy, mommy and I went for a photo shoot in a very pretty house that is near where we live. The yard was covered in millions of Blue Bonnets, which are the state flower of TX. Not only are the flowers beautiful and fragrent, but they're also protected, and you are not allowed to destroy them. So this yard can't be mowed until the flowers subside. Neat, huh? Anyway, after the photo shoot, I had some pollen on my white outfit, so mommy decided I needed to model a new outfit. I make a nice model, don't 'cha think? :)

Awww.....Baby Girl!!! Quinn, you are such a pretty little baby and I adore all of your "glamour shots"...the Blue Bonnets (we call them Lupins here, I believe - do your smell like grape bubble gum too??) look even prettier when they are holding you.

Those are some wonderful pictures - I had forgotten just how pretty the bluebonnets are. My favorite is the picture with both of you in the flowers - I kept looking at how tiny Quinn is and marveling that just six weeks ago, she was still inside of mommy :)
