Prague Ratter breeders in U.S.A.

I realize these dogs are mainly found in the Czech Republich, but i've been wanting one for a long time and I was wondering if anyone knew any good breeders in the U.S.A., or any in the C.Z. that speak english or are willing to ship? Thanks for the help!
