Help!

I need a little jumpstart to my weight loss regimine (or lack of).

Have you had any luck with any good weight loss suppliments? Bad experience?

I know that diet and exercise are the best, but like I said, I just need something to get me going.

Thanks.

I started using Lipo 6, it gives me energy without making me jittery. I feel the energy, but not the weightloss yet :p

BTW, there are some good deals for it on ebay. You can buy it at GNC or Walgreens, but it's a bit expensive. 60 capsules was $35 at walgreens, but Ebay has them 120 for $20-25.

Go to http://www.herbalifeww.com/ca/ , click on "targeted nutrition", then click on "Enhancers", and check out things there. This is the Canadian site, but you can find the equivalents on the US site as well - they just have different names.

Also check out the Thermojetics beverage and Cell Activator.

The other products mentioned here are good, too. Any product that is manufactured pharmaceutically will have in it what it says on the label.

I cannot recommend too highly at least the vitamins, Formula 2. Theya re great. Take 2 with each meal (one-a-days don't allow for a 24-hour body, IMO).

Have fun in your search!

Although I have not had personal experience with them, I have a friend who works for and uses Herbalife products. So does her boyfriend. It has worked pretty excellently for her (she keeps a chart and whatnot).
