View Full Version : Oh why do I read the emails?

Being part of a rescue means I get oodles of "urgent" emails asking for fosters/adoptions. I looked at a few tonight and fell immediately in love with Hobo. He's in a high-kill shelter and needs to be removed immediately. I sure wish I could take him.

I sure wish I could take him in. With all the problems we're having with Charlie, my husband has threatened me with no more pets -EVER. :(

When you say he's at a high kill shelter, does that mean he'll be gassed in one of those horrific boxes or will he have an injection?

OK, now down to business.........I know that shelter is one where One by One can pull cats from, so maybe we should find out who can get this cat, after all, MY two adorable little mitted tabbies have gone on to their new home. ;)

I had checked out Finn.... but I am totally in love with Hobo! I wish I had unlimited space and resources to take on as many kitties as needed me.

I love Hobo and Finn they are both such handsome Loving Cats and would make an excellent Companion for any Cat Lover.
I dont go into the Adoption Rooms at the Pet Food Stores anymore as there always a Cat there who I fall in love with.
Creams the newest one a White Angorra Persian about two years old.
He had the neatest little chirp and purrrrred like Moose Angel.
I had LES as I left that day.
Prayers for all those Pets in Cages waiting for thier Gotcha Day.

Oh, I do hope Hobo, Finn and the rest of them find loving homes very soon! Hobo has the sweetest face, and Finn is a gourgous boy.

I accually LOVE so many at the shelter near me in Fryeburg Maine.
There are sooo many wonderful loving cats there.
I try to get there(me and Mike)every so often just to pat and pick up some and hang with them..talk with them...so they will be better aquainted with people.That way they will greet people when they come in, in hopes they get adopted by people on the prowl looking for a nice cat for their hoome.
It's the best I can do right now.

They who? You mean Kathy? I think they are. You were on the list, cause I saw you had Hobo, and there must have been a bunch of us who wanted him.... but YOU got him! WAAAHHH!!!! :p

There's a list????? :confused: You know, I am SOOOOOOO out of the loop. :( But..........nanny, nanny, boo, boo!! I win! :p And I said "they" because I did not know WHO was making the arrangements. :o
